Dakota Staffing interviews, screens and places personnel for temporary or an indefinite
period of time. We pay the employee(s), make all payroll deductions, and maintain all
necessary employment records. We are also responsible for unemployment taxes, worker's
compensation insurance, and fidelity bond insurance. We keep in close contact with you,
our client, to insure the employee is meeting all your expectations.

Temp to Hire
|

A temporary employee may be hired permanently for no additional fee, after 480 hours.
If you would like to hire one of our employees before this period expires, buyout
options are available.

Permanent Placements
|
|
If you would like to hire one of our employees from day one, this is our permanent
placement option: we offer a 45 day guarantee, if for any reason the employee does
not work out, we will replace the employee with an acceptable replacement at no
additional charge.
