We’ll put as much effort into finding out how your office works, and who your company is, as we do recruiting and screening candidates - which can mean the difference between finding an OK employee versus a GREAT new team member. 

Direct Hire - First, we'll work with you to learn what you're looking for in an employee. Then we'll advertise the position, use our networks to recruit, manage the applications, and screen, test and interview applicants so you choose from only the best candidates. There is a one-time placement fee. Most placements are guaranteed for 60 days.

	Temporary/Short-Term Staffing - From recruiting and screening to payroll and taxes, we handle it all. Utilize the employee for as long as you like without any obligation to continue employment. Often used for:     • Employee absences like vacations, maternity leave or deployment     • Seasonal staffing, special projects and extra support for busy times     • Reducing overtime.

	Temp to Hire - Positions begin as temporary with the expectation of full-time placement after a pre-defined time. A great option when:     • You want to be sure business will keep growing bfore you add staff.     • You want to make sure an employee is the right fit.

	Payrolling - Don’t know where to start with with all the new hire paperwork and setting up payroll? We can pay your employee, assume all of the fees and insurance, and handle all of the bookwork. No matter how many employees you have, you get one invoice and you write one check.

	Payroll Service - You pay the employee, but we manage all of the bookwork associated with payroll – paychecks, W-2’s scheduling payroll tax deposits, withholding court-ordered child support payments and garnished wages, filing forms and reports like New Hire, 941, FUTA, SUTA and state withholding.

	Skill & Behavioral Testing - Get the information you need for hiring, team building and training programs. Custom packages and pricing can be arranged to meet your needs.

	Background Checks & Drug Screening - Background checks include all states and Minnehaha and Lincoln county criminal, as well as social security verification. Drug screening consists of a six-panel oral swab completed on-site at Dakota Staffing. *These services are not included in our standard screening process.
