Get To Know Us

We are a small team of staffing professionals with a blue-collar background. Our size allows us to really get to know our candidates, and gives us the flexibility to set up systems and rates specific to our client's needs.
What makes us different? Each of us has worked our way up through the ranks, and we've got the real-world experience to show for it. We have the common sense, intimate knowledge of our employees, and personal networks to find the right employee to fill the position and fit your business.

Testimonial
“Dakota Staffing hit the mark when they filled an open position in our IT department this past year. The employee we hired with their help has the technical skills to do the job and, just as important, he fits in perfectly with the team. I appreciate the time and money I saved on recruiting as well as the excellent candidates and detailed information the staff provided for review.”Korry P., President
