You can be hired one of three ways:
Temporary Assignments:
You work at different companies as an employee of Dakota Staffing. Temporary work assignments last anywhere from 4 hours to three months or more.
Temp-to-Hire Placements:
You work for one company for a trial period – typically about 3 months. You remain an employee of Dakota Staffing during that time. If the job is a good fit for you and the company, you are hired as an employee and are taken onto their payroll.
Direct-Hire Placements:
You become an employee of the client company from the very beginning.
Applications are accepted Monday - Friday between 8am and 4pm.
Searches are kept 100% confidential.
