What kind of jobs do you offer?
The companies we work with have full-time and part-time, permanent and temporary staffing needs in a variety of industries. Check out the Jobs We Fill page for a full listing, here are just a few examples:
That all depends on the kind of assignments you can take, the positions we have open and your qualifications. That’s why it’s important to continue to check in with us weekly so we can keep you active.
What if I can’t take an assignment you send me on?
You always have the option of declining an assignment or permanent position you are offered, we understand that every position is not going to be a good fit. However, if you do accept, we expect you to complete the full-length of the assignment.
What if I don’t like an assignment?
We require at least 48 hours notice. If you walk off a job, or fail to give the required 48 hours notice, you will be considered Not Eligible for Rehire (NER).
Employees are never charged a fee for employment.
Why use a Staffing Firm instead of applying to companies on my own?
Dakota Staffing works with a wide variety of companies to fill all kinds of positions. Once you’re registered with us you can be considered for anything in our “job bank.”
What if I’m only looking for a full-time, permanent position?
We fill temporary, temp-to-hire and full-time positions for our client companies. The Staffing Coordinators will learn what types of work you’ll accept and you’ll only be considered for those kinds of positions. Because we won’t always have full-time positions open in every category, it’s important that our agency be only one part of your job search.
